NAMSS Conference Session Snapshot: Provider Enrollment Collaborative Solution Finding Session
By Jenny Jackson, Ed.D, MBA, CPMSM, CPCS, FMSP; and Kristy Music, CPCS
As the first step in the revenue cycle, provider enrollment is critical to the financial strength of healthcare organizations. Stable revenue generation from billable providers allows healthcare organizations to provide safe and high-quality care to patients. Yet, provider enrollment continues to be a convoluted, tedious, and manual process.
This interactive solution-finding session will give participants the opportunity to collaborate on major topics in provider enrollment, including: onboarding, data management, and follow-up. Each topic will be reviewed from the perspective of the presenters, and then participants will break into smaller groups to discuss their own processes. Finally, all attendees will regroup to discuss and discover best practices through learning from one another.
Session attendees will make professional connections that will help them navigate this ever-changing industry. Together, we will find real provider enrollment solutions that can be implemented in our daily work.
Will we see you online for the NAMSS 44th Educational Virtual Conference and Exhibtion, Oct. 5-8? Check out all education opportunities HERE, and REGISTER NOW.
